Welcome to Wedding Box Florals. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of weddingboxflorals.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stem availability. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Customization, delivery, and timing

Bouquets are designed and assembled to the specifications you choose in our customizer. Because each order is hand-made from fresh stems, we recommend ordering at least four weeks before your wedding date. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

Returns and damaged orders

Because every arrangement is custom-built and perishable, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, contact us at info@weddingboxflorals.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and our team will make it right.

Substitutions

Floral availability varies by season. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look, color palette, and style you selected.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including photography, copy, the customizer interface, logos, and design — is owned by Wedding Box Florals and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Box Florals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
